  • reduced vacancy rate in legacy portfolio 16.2% in 12 months from 21% at the start of 2022 to 4.8% at the start of 2023 through suite renovation program and strategic operational enhancements

  • successfully managed the completion of 55 full suite renovations concurrently across 4 buildings; achieved Average % Rent Increase of 93.04%, Highest % Rent Increase of 148.28%; managed from tender to final walkthrough/invoicing; assisted in development of design specifications and criteria

  • implemented service agreements to improve property operations, including preparation of contract scope, RFP documentation, site walkthroughs, and tender analysis for portfolio of legacy properties

Project: 2Fifteen Forest Hill Luxury Rentals (New Construction)

  • managed the development to IPP (income producing property) process for a new luxury multi-residential asset

  • completed pre-delivery inspections of suites and common areas, liaised with site superintendents and designers on deficiencies, worked with contractors for warranty claims

  • coordinated the procurement, delivery and install of FFE for new development

  • implemented service agreements for new property, analyzing against warranties in place as part of new development

  • assisted with event planning and execution for the launch of new product to market

  • conducted industry tours and product demonstrations for business development purposes

 

Project: Eastdale and St Dennis (Infill Development Projects)

  • connected with construction managers and site superintendents across multiple development projects acting as liaison between development team and operations team

  • handled resident communication for sites with ongoing infill development projects, working with construction to troubleshoot and coordinative invasive construction activity and closures

  • developed Operating Plans as new towers begin transition from development to IPP: launch of 484 purpose-built rental suites at Eastdale, anticipated Occupancy October 2023
